Stage
I
Our concept began with the image of a luminous globe culled
from this otherwise odd photo collage by John
Foxx Images. |
|
Stage II
We added a light blue blend behind the globe and some clean
white type to create a sense of airiness, but it still isn't
integrating very well.

Final
Changing the typeface to the gorgeous new House Industries font
Neutraface, we
not only created more visual interest but picked up on the excitement
of 1930s travel posters. Contrast of weight between the bold
blue first clause and the light white remainder helps balance
the composition. Dynamic cropping, right justified text and
the blue rule all create a tighter, more fully integrated piece.
Now get out there and read a few chapters! |
