Stage
I
We began with a straight typographic solution, then thought,
"What this needs is a guy with his head on fire."
Not the sort of thing one thinks every day, but the joy of VisoVerbo
is it opens up creative possibilities. Needing something good,
fast, and free, we called on our good friend, illustrator Jim
Johnson. |

Stage II
Jim gave us several sketches to work with, this being our
favorite. The whirly mouth seems a little disconcerting, and
as fun as the whole-body approach is, we want to zoom in on
the key visual interest in order to get the message across
as compactly as possible.
