Business Expo Web Smarts a success
Many thanks to those who attended our Web Smarts: Search Egine Strategies seminar at Business Expo on 17 April. We had some familiar faces as well as some new participants! Feedback was very positive.

Search engine submission pages updated
The Nielson/NetRatings ranking of search engines has changed and our search engine submission links page has consequently been updated. This page lists the most popular search engines and their site submission policies, with links to their submission pages. It's a handy tool to use when you're estimating costs for your SE strategy or you're ready to submit your site.

Boost your chances for a successful site
A recent issue of SitePro News gave some tips for making your Web site more successful. Among our favorites:

• Don't think advertising—think information delivery

• Help visitors find what they need within a few minutes of landing on your site
