The Indiana Enterprise Center is the brainchild of First Capital Group, a real estate development and investment firm. Focused on life science and high-tech firms, the center aims to create a cluster of like-minded businesses.
Our clients wanted to emphasize the lifestyle aspect of a sustainable commercial development. We accomplished that through contemporary design and unrelenting focus on sustainability and cutting-edge entrepreneurship.
Since the LEED-certified structures have not been built yet, we used architectural renderings and photos from similar projects to give a sense of the physical surroundings. We wrote the tagline and copy to make clear that this is the perfect match for entrepreneurs and employees who place a high value on quality of life.
Response to the redesign was immediate and positive. It serves as a key component in First Capital’s marketing strategy. The site won an American Graphic Design Award, selected from among 10,000 entries.
