Our award-winning logo’s stylized typeface evokes the Modern aesthetic, underlining Detour’s focus on 20th-century plays. The reversed “R” suggests Detour’s ability to take the audience in unexpected directions. Full of movement yet highly structured, the logo positions Detour as a sophisticated theatre company that isn’t afraid to break conventions. Selected from over 10,000 entries, this logo received a 2004 American Graphic Design Award for design excellence.
