Wininger/Stolberg Commercial (WSC) is the Bloomington area’s premiere
commercial developer. When they needed to spotlight a new development,
they hired us to create their self-mailer.
To make the mailer stand out, we relied on the eye-catching WSC brand
red, then added contemporary stylings of the corporate typeface and an
artist’s rendering of the development. The mailer delivers a compelling
message no matter which surface the recipient sees.
Since commercial success depends on “location, location, location,”
we used the interior to provide an aerial view that shows the location
of The Avenue East in relation to other landmarks and roadways.
Combined with WSC’s web presence and e-mail campaigns, the Avenue
East mailer generated greater interest in the project, resulting in the
sale of the lot to Goodwill.
Cairril is very easy to work with. Her professionalism
